Support Service Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting of AP and AR and Reporting

  • Accurate processing of all accounts payables and receivables

  • Proper accounting in ERP and accounting of TDS and GST

Employee Reimbursements

  • Accurate processing of employee reimbursements and systematic accounting in ERP

Bank Reconciliation

  • Preparing proper Bank Reconciliation-daily, monthly

Fixed Assets

  • Prepare Fixed Asset Register and validate in ERP

  • Proper capitalization of Fixed Assets in ERP, Accurate accounting of depreciation and impairment of assets

Leadership Support

  • Assisting leadership roles in the annual budgeting and planning process

  • Review of budget and comparison to actual results to identify

  • Explain and correct the variances as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post Graduate in Commerce or MBA Finance or CA Inter/ICWA Inter

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years

Other Requirements:

  • Experience in the related fields

  • Knowledge of more than one regional language is preferred
