Job Responsibilities:
Planning

Create a detailed plan for executing the project finalize the deliverable

Detailed tracker of all the projects & their delivery (including future projects)
Design
-
Design- Create a questionnaire for primary research, interviews, and surveys

Structuring -Create an appropriate frameworks & scoring methodology

Documentation - Design data collation template, structure, and document the outcome in detail

Prepare a process workflow, specifications, and wireframe document
Primary Research
-
Primary research for various strategy projects including competition, market, industry, product, service, sector, geography, technology, data source, customer, consumer, etc.

Research from internal and external teams (supplier, competitor, partner, technology players, aggregators, marketplaces, etc.)
-
Initiate communication - Reach out/ initiate/ respond to suitable partners ⮚ Liaison internally and externally for finalizing the details
Secondary Research
-
Secondary research for various strategy projects including competition, market, industry, product, service, sector, geography, technology, data source, customer, consumer, etc.

Secondary research from public sources such as company (supplier, competitor, partner, technology players, aggregators, marketplaces, etc.) websites, industry news, industry associations’ publications, reports published by various players in the markets, market research abstracts from various published reports, third party analyst views, databases, annual reports, corporate and other reports, etc.
Analysis & Delivery

Analysis – validate the information, bring out strategic insights by digesting and analyzing the data and information, identify the pain points and gaps in the market ⮚ Iterate till the output gets accepted and the product/partnership gets into the system

Track, monitor, and push for the successful implementation

Collate with various internal teams and create product/ partnership details and incorporate feedback to smoothen the process

Decks and Reports- Finalize the findings, reports, decks, etc. and present the results

Assess the gaps between strategic planning and implementation, and edit the plan ⮚ Transition it smoothly to the regular business and operations team
Qualifications:
-
Education: Undergratuate with 4 years of experience or MBA with 2 years of experience
Other Requirements:

Very high Aptitude and Analytical skills

Preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 college
