Job Responsibilities:
Requirements and Solutions

Deliver technology solutions that are critical to the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the business

Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business users
-
Document requirements for new features, data capture, process functions, reports, and training
Functional and System Knowledge
-
CRM customization and assisting CRM Implementation / Project Managers deliver functionality required by the operations team.
-
Scripting/Configuring in Zoho CRM / Creator / Desk and other Zoho apps.
-
Writing custom functions/ basic integrations/testing and implementing extensions custom functions for ZOHO CRM, Creator, and other Zoho Apps.
-
Configuring APIs integration with various systems and Zoho platforms
-
Testing, creation of screens, functionality, and UI in Zoho Creator.

Liaising with Our internal team, Zoho's Technical team, and other external contractors/developers
Business Analysis
-
Translate business requirements / problem statements into system changes
-
Analyze impact of changes to previously implemented releases
-
Understand system integrations and dependencies
-
Analyze impact of changes on systems and integrations
-
Process mapping and workflow creation
-
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
-
Develop comprehensive testing structures and test plans
-
Manage communication across all stakeholder groups
-
Be involved and engaged through software development life cycle and own requirement management end to end from initiation through implementation
Project Coordination
-
Take responsibility for the full life cycle of the project: designing, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Coordinating with other teams and Vendor team for the smooth implementation of the project
-
Keeping track of Project status and sharing report against the proposed project timeline and actual status.
-
Maintaining the status tracker for all the implementation and deliveries
-
Verifying the completed implementation and preparing report for the same
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in technology, or related field preferable
-
3+ years of experience working as a Zoho platform developer
-
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
-
Proficiency in document and report writing
