Infra Support Engineers

Job Responsibilities:

Network

  • Good Hands on knowledge on the LAN,WAN concepts

  • Network device configuration knowledge ex. Switches, routers

  • Conceptual knowledge on Firewall configuration and rule management VPN configuration

Branch & HO Infra Maintenance

  • Experience in handling Server room setup including UPS

  • Hands on experience in maintaining CCTV and Biometric access setup

  • Knowledge on Video conferencing systems configuration and trouble shooting.

  • Laptop/user endpoint system maintenance and trouble shooting at Hardware and software level

  • Proactive monitoring of Infrastructure and regular maintenance of the system

  • Experience in Managing DLP and Mail security solutions

  • Knowledge of malware types, malware analysis tools & procedures, and reporting malware analysis output

  • Knowledge of system and application security threats and vulnerabilities

  • Backup and restoration of end user devices.

Application support

  • GSuite configuration knowledge

  • Configuring end user system

  • Antivirus/EDR policy configuration and maintenance

  • End point DLP policy definition and monitoring

Vendor Management

  • Raising tickets on the Vendor portal

  • Follow up on the vendor tickets, and providing support to the vendor as and when required

  • Maintaining SLA of the Vendor tickets

  • Reconciliation of SLA for the vendor ticket as per the agreed terms on monthly basis.

Compliance

  • Good Knowledge on the IT security compliance ISO 27001 Standards

  • Maintain compliance standard across all IT Infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor degree in engineering or computer science with Minimum 4 – 7 years of experience in technical design, cloud architecture and implementations. Should also have experience in IT security and compliance.

  • Extensive experience endpoint configuration and trouble shooting.

  • Exposure CCTV, UPS, Biometric configurations

  • Mid-level skills with Linux and Windows Operating systems

  • Good understanding on security solutions, like Endpoint DLP, EDR, Mail gateway solutions

  • Hands on Experience in GSuite Management and trouble shooting

  • Technology knowledge:
    ⮚ Gsuite
    ⮚ Mail DLP, Endpoint DLP, Mail gateway
    ⮚ Network concepts, Cisco Firewall

Soft Skills

  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of the financial services domain will be an added advantage.
