Job Responsibilities:
Section 1

Monitoring regions for field credit activities within stipulated TAT

Risk assessment of applicants through credit officers on time.

Visiting the business and residence whenever required.

Prepare the financial analysis sheet and scoring tool.
-
Recommendations and approvals of the loans.
-
Training the team on product and policies
Section 2
-
Maintain portfolio of the Division.
-
Follow up for the repayments of Early Delinquent customers.
Section 3
-
Loan utilization check and social impact assessments.
Section 4
-
Preparing the MIS reports
-
Analyzing the sectors / sub sectors of the hubs against portfolio quality.
Section 5
-
Co-ordination with Sales, collection and audit teams.

Training the hub teams on policy / process.
-
Regular review and feedback to the teams on performance of teams.
Qualifications:
-
12+ yrs experience in NBFC/ Banking/ Any Financial Sector.

Any graduate preferably from Commerce Background.
-
Age 35+ yrs
Other Requirements:

Fluency in their respective regional language is preferred in addition to English.
