Debt Relations Officer

  • Report to: Debt Relations Lead

Job Responsibilities:


  • To assist in the preparation of all lender related legal documentation and ensure accuracy in the execution

  • To liaise with respective cross-functional teams as well as clients for the completion of the process


  • To collate relevant information and prepare MIS reports in an accurate and timely manner for review

  • To share reports within stipulated timelines with lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders

Payments related

  • To prepare and maintain updated payment trackers

  • To ensure timely payments of dues to lenders, vendors, and other parties by liaising with the accounts department

Document management

  • To maintain data and document repository with appropriate file structures for ease of access

Relationship management

  • To manage relations with existing clientele through effective reporting and regular updates on the company while developing new funding lines


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance/Commerce

  • Work Experience: With at least 3 years of experience in related workstream

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
