Job Responsibilities:

Issues Resolution

  • Understanding of Loan Management Process Workflow

  • Resolve issues related to Loan Processing application

  • Daily status updates of all Internal and vendor tickets

  • Address Customer Query via (Calls, Emails, and Ticketing Tool)

Testing and Process Improvement

  • Actively participate in Functionality Testing activity during releases

  • Own the Production Bug Fixing issues until closure

  • Analyze business requirements and work with the Development Team for Implementation

  • Innovate or Suggest Process Improvement Ideas

Teamwork and Productivity

  • Flexible in working hours and should be willing to work on Weekends or Holidays in case of emergencies

  • Help or Guide team members and ensure the Team Productivity is always on the higher end

  • 100% SLA and Audit compliant at work


  • Education: Graduate

  • Work Experience: 2+years of experience Preferably in the banking sector with the IT Background

Other Requirements:

  • Prior Support Experience in any Banking Applications

  • Previous experience with Ticketing Tools is a Must. (Ex: Service Now, Jira, ZOHO, etc)

  • Should be fluent in English and any other two of the following Regional Languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi / Gujarati)

  • Mobile applications Support experience will be an added advantage

  • SQL and Database Structure Knowledge will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Web Applications and API integration Support

  • SQL and Manual Testing (Functional)

  • Basic understanding of ITIL terminologies (Service Request, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management).

  • Analytical and Logical thinking along with Testing knowledge (Manual or Automated) is a Plus

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Products

  • Knowledge of various Ticketing (Eg: Service Now, Jira, ZOHO, etc)

Soft Skills

  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of the financial services domain will be an added advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communicator, able to speak with the business stakeholders and understand the requirements


  • Well-versed with IT policies, rules, and regulations

  • Understanding of both front-end as well as back-end technologies

  • Should understand the SDLC

  • Should be a strong team manager and team player with a winning attitude
